A relaxed and creative class, great for mobility and stretching, balance and space for body and mind. Open to all levels - beginner and experienced. Taking inspiration from the natural world around us, we’ll flow through movement and meditation to re-wild ourselves… remembering how to feel organic. Fluid like water, stable like earth, expanding with air, focus like a flame and cooling peace like the breeze. Lara brings input from many styles to the mat: from traditional Hatha to dynamic Synergy and feminine Yoni Shakti. Come home to your inner jungle…
Elemental Vinyasa: Water
Move like water- adapting by moving, not forcing. Expect breath-led body waves, fluid transitions and movements, spinal ripples, and whole-chain mobility (hips → spine), finishing in a full-body release.

Slow Flow to Yin
Begin with gentle, breath-led flow- fluid transitions and soft waves to warm and open. Then settle into Yin: grounded postures held longer for a full-body stretch and release. We use props (bolsters + blocks) to reduce tension and support your body where you’re at, so you can find a position you can sustain with ease and fully surrender- through breath, movement, and stillness.
