At the heart of Wild is Ember & Ice, a dynamic contrast therapy experience featuring a 20 person sauna, twin ice baths and an evolving schedule of breathwork, guided sessions and community events. With a fast growing local and international fanbase, guests can replenish post-session with barista quality coffee and nourishing refreshments from the on-site jungle café.

Drop in access is available daily, while private group packages offer full access to the sauna and ice baths, al fresco massage at Wild Spa, Yoga in our Jungle Shala and a curated menu of add ons tailored for unforgettable wellness gatherings.
