Ahangama Jungle Gym is an outdoor calisthenics and functional training space in Ahangama. The setup includes multiple pull up bars, high rings, parallel bars, kettlebells, sandbags and tyre training equipment, surrounded by nature. It’s built for bodyweight strength, grip work, balance and practical movement.

Open gym sessions and structured classes are available. Drop in to train on your own or join a coached session. Combination packages are also available, with access to Ember & Ice (sauna/ice bath) and massage services from Wild Spa, for recovery after training.

  • Day Pass: 2,000 LKR

  • Week Pass: 5,000 LKR

  • 1 month membership (Unlimited): 8,000 LKR

  • Everyone, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our equipment and open gym setup support all levels of fitness, ability and movement experience.

  • You can train independently during open gym hours or join structured classes. We focus on bodyweight strength, mobility, balance, stability and practical movement.

  • No! While we offer equipment commonly used in calisthenics and functional training, you can pace yourself at your level. Coaches are available to guide technique and progression, on request.

  • You can drop in during open gym hours (7am - 6pm everyday), or follow us on Instagram to stay tuned for classes and structured training sessions.

  • Yes. You can combine your workout with sauna, ice bath or massage sessions for recovery.
